Our towers are a striking display of signature French madeleines, carefully arranged into a tall, sculptural centerpiece. It’s a beautiful (and delicious) alternative to a traditional cake, perfect for weddings, celebrations, or any occasion that calls for something a little special.
We customise each madeleine tower as closely as possible to the vision you have for your celebration. While we offer a curated range of signature flavours, chocolate coatings, and styling options, we’re always open to your ideas. Our madeleine towers are handcrafted to make a statement piece for any event, from weddings and birthdays to corporate celebrations.
Each tower is made fresh to order and arranged to showcase the signature shell detail of the traditional madeleine.
We offer two tower sizes to suit different occasions and guest numbers:

Large Tower: 70cm (H) x 35cm (W)
Approximately 250 madeleines, artfully arranged to create an impressive centrepiece. Perfect for larger gatherings or when you want your dessert display to truly stand out.

Medium Tower: 60cm (H) x 22cm (W)
Approximately 110 madeleines, ideal for slightly smaller events, or as part of a dessert table.
Both sizes can be customised with your choice of flavours or decorative accents upon request.

Fig & Almond (unfilled)
Soft, fragrant, and naturally rich, baked without filling to let the delicate flavours shine.

Passionfruit Crème
Tropical and tangy with a velvety smooth texture, a little burst of sunshine in each madeleine.

Chocolate Coating
Each Madeleine can be coated in your choice of dark, milk, caramel or white chocolate - either left white or in a pastel colour to match your event.
For something extra special, you can also choose an ombre gradient design in the colour of your choice. Please note that colour gradients are available only on white chocolate.
From a soft pastel blush to a classic chocolate sheen (or something bespoke), we’ll craft a tower that looks every bit as beautiful as it tastes.
Not a fan of chocolate? Unfilled Madeleines can be made into beautiful towers without any chocolate coating.

Styling
Our Madeleine Towers are styled with a curated combination of fresh flowers and fruit. We work closely with you to understand your preferences and ensure the styling complements the overall look and feel of your event.
If you require specific flower or fruit varieties, please note that these requests may incur additional fees. We will always discuss any options and associated costs with you before finalising your quote.

Prices
Our 70cm Madeleine Tower is $800, and our 60cm tower is $550. From there, your final quote may vary depending on any extras you choose (for example, an extra batch of madeleines to give away in goodie bags or to keep for later).
Depending on your event location, delivery fees may apply. We’ll include these in your quote so everything is clear from the start.

Logistics
Because our madeleine towers are quite delicate, they always need to be assembled on-site, as transporting them fully built can cause damage. We take care of setting them up at your event to make sure they look perfect. Depending on the size and styling, assembly can take between 2 to 3 hours.
Once your tower is set up, we recommend keeping it in a cool spot so the chocolate coating stays intact, warm rooms can cause melting.
If you have leftovers, our madeleines keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days, and they can also be frozen for up to a month. Just pop them in an airtight container and enjoy them later on.
