We can’t always guarantee availability for every date, but we’ll do our best to make it work. If we happen to be fully booked on your event day and you have space in your fridge, we can prepare and assemble your tower the day before. Our madeleines stay fresh for up to four days when refrigerated, and while the fruit and flowers may not look quite as perfect the next day, they usually still look beautiful and photo-ready.
